6th Youth Camp, Day 2

RISEEEE AND SHINEEEEE, it was 7am and we did some morning exercise!

After that we had our breakfast, bread and milo(tasteless milo wtf).
And then we move on to our first activity, TEAM BUILDING.

Team Building is, well, quite complicated for me to explain here. So my apology for my horrible skills of narration. LOL.

Team building.... It reminds me of a board game. Like monopoly. The time limit is 3 days. Obviously they don't literally wait till 3 days, it's only 20minutes a day. So this Team Building game only last for an hour.
A player has to eat twice a day, sleep once a day and throughout those 3 days, a player has to get at least an injection.
Instead of real food, real sleep and real injection, they use stickers to show that we had eaten, slept and inject...ed.
But of course, everything mentioned above needs a price. Needs money.
You can earn money by 2 illegal ways and 2 "clean" ways.
2 illegal ways are by gambling in the casino and selling drugs(find gangster LOL).
But this illegal activities may cause you to go to jail if you're not careful(yes, there's polices too).
2 "clean" ways are by recycling(they throw pieces of papers everywhere and you have to find 3 papers with the word "tin" on it to earn rm1) and PKR(cut newspapers and glue it on random papers).
One sure way to win this Team Building is by buying houses with your extra earned cash. And, as usual, we all have to work as a team :D
The food sellers, gangsters, polices, jail raiders and stuff are just the commitees LOL.
So. Meet your nurses, in charge of the injection.

One of them is Sister Ong Hui Ming, Group Donkey's facilitator. They're suppose to be annoying and bitchy and guess what? THEY ROCK AT IT. LOL. One of the girls cheated my rm40. My hard earned, drug dealled rm40. My strategy was drug dealling all the way! haha. And I was caught by the police only once when I was in the casino, gambling. And the police was PCK =.=

Anyway, WELCOME TO JAIL! :D

In Jail, they make you do RIDICULOUS STUFFS. Very funny but RIDICULOUS. For example, like the picture above, they call you to "chiao" your buntut ke atas so they can rotan it. Or they'll call you to scream stupid things to the busy crowd. For example, a girl was forced to stand on a chair and shout "XXXX NI CHING WO BA" or something like that. My chinese sucks. LOL.

Picture above is PKR worker. I did no "clean" jobs. Only once I did recycling. But only ONCE. DRUGS & GAMBLE ALL THE WAY!!

Dude above, Anson Lim Chin Teik, Gangster, drug dealer. SUPER FUNNY. HAHAHAHAHA. He's the main source of my income! HAHA. All I have to do is suck his ass. LOL.

That. Is Casino Chick. I don't know her. Don't ask me. NO. I DON'T KNOW HER. NOOOO!!!!
... As much as I hate to admit it, she played her part... EXTREMELY WELL. I mean. She's being her. LOL. Hiao. Sibeh HIAO.

At the end.... Which group won the Team Building?
*Drum Rollllllllll*
TEAM DONKEY! :D!
Yes, you may clap now.

Bonus picture :

That's our CAMP COMMANDER on drug, Sarjan Chua. HAHA. Thank God for the fact that not many knows my blog. LOL.

Next comes our second ACTIVITY!
TRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREASURE HUNT!!!
Tbh, Treasure Hunt and Station Games like no different like that de lor =.= Just that you have puzzles and stuff.
Anyway, our first clue in Treasure Hunt leads us to a path...
A path where the miracle senses of your tongue guides yo- wait I'll shut up now.

Yes, for our first task at Treasure Hunt, we're suppose to start our own fire and we're given 2 eggs and 2 oranges(oranges reminds me of Peck Yin). We're suppose to cut the top of the orange as to create an opening and dig all the flesh of the orange out so it's like a bowl like that. And then we crack our egg into the orange and.. well, you get the picture.
It tastes really good, actually :D
One of my friend said it taste like sausage, WTF LOL.

Next, we play water.
Let's just say this Treasure Hunt involves a lot of WATER.
One of the water station is where we are seated face to face. In between us was 2 pails of water and an empty bucket. We will then play paper scissors stone and then the winner gots to splash water at the loser and then the loser have to cover her/himself with the empty bucket. :D

Oh ohoh, one of our station is where we have to face a set of obstacles. I seriously don't know what are they called but I think my sister called them C4?
Lets just let the picture do the talking.

Amazingly, from most of the feedbacks I heard about this Treasure Hunting, many seem to like my sister's station the most. Which involves a lot of beh hiao bah-ness, extreme bias-ness, aggressive abusation and....water. LOTS OF WATER.

I think this has been a long enough post.
OOOOHHH, IT IS NOT THE END OF DAY 2 YET!
Campfire night and day 3 will be posted in another post.
Overall, Day 2 was. Fun. Nothing but FUN.
Thank you so much for those who read this till the very end! haha.
And all pictures above are, still, not mine to claim. :)
Plus, sorry for all the anonymous faces I smexposed. HAHA.

Love ya guys,
Jane.

6th Youth Camp, Day 1

I'm seriously not good at introductions so I'll just skip to my first day of YC, aight? :D
Bear in mind, this Youth Camp is St John's annual year camp to memupukkan semangat kest john-an, kekerjasamaan, bla bla bla.

[All photos provided are not mine to claim. Since I kept my phone in my bagpack the whole time, I got no chance to snap my own photos T__T]

We arrived at the campsite around 8AM. To be honest, I thought a campsite would be dull, dirty and boring, like, an open space just like that. Bu
t this campsite, located at Banting, is near perfection :D! It has one hell of a crystal clear lake, green scenery, surrounded by green green green mountains and whatever nice things you can imagine. What's more, it have DORMS. DORMS WITH BEDS. DORMS
WITH THEIR OWN TOILETS. Like, wtf. 2 years ago, I heard they have to set
up their own tent to have a decent place to sleep. Haha.

No pictures of the camp site, paiseh.

So we're all gathered in the hall, and then divided into groups.
The groups are based on animal names, and if I'm not mistaken, there's 8 groups.
Cat, Sea Lion, Donkey, Tiger, Snake, Monkey, Mouse and ...shit I forgotten the eight group.
Anyway, I'M A DONKEY! :D
Yes, I'm a friggin donkey.

We started our activity with...

I don't know what the hell is the name for this activity but we're suppose to seperate the egg yolks and egg whites and only keep the egg whites and put in some sugar so we can beat the whole thing together to make it into a cream.
Not being made for the kitchen, I seriously didn't thought it was possible.
Funny, throughout this whole thing, only 1 out of 8 groups manage to really "cream" it. Like, creamy white creamish cream.
Lesson learnt from this activity?
How SMELLY raw eggs can be and how it is possible
for the smell to linger around for 2 SOLID DAYS, sticking to your hands like glue.

Anyway, after that, we went to play station games :D!
Station games, as in, just run around the whole campsite, looking for your station and play whatever shit they have to offer.
OOHHHH, one of the station game is REPELLING!
Repelling is...Well, picture says everything.

Lemme tell ya, IT WAS SUPER FUCKING AWESOME. DAMN DAMN DAMN CHIKEK. It was... Was.. WAS...
Wait, let me rephrase that. It was super fucking awesome and damn chikek. Period. :D

Once you've done repelling, other stations seemed to be as boring as shit. We have a station where you have to play Paper Scissors Stone, where the losers have to eat shitty stuff and winners have to eat shitty stuff too(pointless, no? LOL.) and we also have a station where we tie balloons to our legs and we have attackers and stuff, to burst all our opponent's balloons with chopsticks.
And there's also a station where we all get blindfolded except for the leader. We will stand in a line infront of a table and each of us will have a plasticine in front of us, except for the guesser(me.). The leader(who is not blindfolded), will then be given a picture and then the leader's suppose to shape his plasticine like the thing shown in the picture. Then the person who is blindfolded, have to feel the thing the leader shaped and then he
/she have to shape it and then pass it to the next person who is blindfolded so that everyone gets a chance to "feel" what the previous person shaped and "shape" what they feel.
....get me?
Until at last, the guesser have to remove his/her blindfold and guess what it is that the leader has saw and shaped.

May I ask, dear readers, what does picture above reminds you off?
That,
was suppose to be an apple.
But, ohhh, that apple is just "halfway" going through it's transformation. At the end(no picture provided), it really, seriously look like a pile of crap. REALLY.

That's all I could remember about our station games.
Next is shower and dinner.
And then after dinner, we went JUNGLE TREKKING.
Wait, this is jungle trekking with a TWIST.
jungle trekking, BLINDFOLDED.
Yes, you heard me right. BLINDFOLDED.
So I guess this is where the word "teamwork" really implies because the only direction we're getting is our teammate infront of us. We have to hold on to our teammate's shoulder in front of us and, well, walk when you feel ur teammate walk and crouch when you feel your teammate crouch.
....
How I survived someone holding on to my shoulder the whole time, don't ask. LOL.

So that's the end of day 1. Day 2, coming up. Soon. :D

P/s : Shu hui, happy bo? update liao. Lol. I think you're the only one still reading my blog. Love ya <3
